The product is targeted to growing and midsize businesses and organizations, as well as divisions of larger companies. Its key target verticals include Distribution and eCommerce companies.

Does Trek Cloud ERP scale up with growing companies?

Yes, it was in fact designed for scalability. As your business requirements and usage of Trek Cloud ERP grows, the product adjusts to meet your needs. You can use some or all of the product’s features. With Trek Cloud ERP, there are no set limits — you get unlimited users, transactions and storage.

How flexible is Trek Cloud ERP for my specific company?

You have control over many of Trek Cloud ERP’s features. Companies can modify the configuration of workflows for business processes. Users can configure the layout of their screens. There is also a full API for integrating with third party software or other cloud services.

How long does it typically take to implement Trek Cloud ERP?

Implementation timelines vary. A company can adopt Trek Cloud ERP in as little four months. Some organizations may take longer depending on their planning needs and goals.

Can I access Trek Cloud ERP from mobile devices?

Trek Cloud ERP performs very well on a mobile device browser. No separate app is needed. You can review reports and data from your mobile device while you are out in the field.

What are the hardware and system requirements to run Trek Cloud ERP?

Trek Cloud ERP will run on any computer or device with high speed internet access and a web browser. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. No other special hardware or software is required.

How much does Trek Cloud ERP cost?

Rather than charging module fees and user licenses, product fees are based on your actual use of the product in the form of transactions. There is a fee per recorded transaction. Recorded transactions include include your order lines, shipment lines, invoice lines, and payment records. These fees are calculated monthly based on your actual transactions for the period. Not included in these fees are any services related to implementation.

When implementing Trek Cloud ERP, are companies required to use an implementation partner?

We recognize that ERP is complex and users often benefit from the experience of consultants. However, you are not required to use ours or any other consultant’s integration services to implement Trek Cloud ERP. To assist companies that wish to self-implement, we have included an interactive wizard in Trek Cloud ERP that helps you configure your system. The wizard contains just over 100 well-defined steps, along with handy tool tips that explain terminology. We also provide CSV templates for your data uploads.

Can I purchase individual modules for Trek Cloud ERP?

Trek Cloud ERP is a tightly integrated, comprehensive ERP solution containing critical functionality required by distribution companies: Global Financials, Complex Order Management, Supply Chain, Shipping and Fulfillment, Kitting and Assembly, and Product Data Management. You can use some or all of the features of the product depending on your needs. Since Trek Cloud ERP’s fees are calculated based on your transactions, you pay only for your actual usage in terms of the order lines, shipment lines, invoice lines or payment records your company has recorded.

Is Trek Cloud ERP compatible with other products?

Trek Cloud ERP can establish connections with Google Calendar, which can then connect with Outlook. Data and reports can be exported into CSV, XLS, PDF, and HTML file formats. CSV file data can be imported into Trek Cloud ERP. Trek Cloud ERP is also highly integratable with third-party solutions and other cloud products.

We are a growing company. Will Trek Cloud ERP still meet our needs in a few years?

Trek Cloud ERP has an infinitely scalable database optimized for transactional performance. There are no technical limits in terms of business size, number of users or data. Its design is flexible and highly configurable, and it can be customized and integrated with other solutions.
